A Step-By-Step Guide on the Production Follow up in China

1st Approach We Follow
Product Specifications
Quisque cursus metus vitae pharetra auctor sem massa mattis sem interdum magna augue eget diam. Vestibulum ante ipsum primising faucibus orci luctus et ultrices posuere cubilia.
2nd Approach We Follow
Price negotiation
Depending on how much you are willing to spend, the quality of the product will vary. In China, factories will never refuse to meet your target price (unless it is very unrealistic). After you have done your math and determined how much inventory you need and how much everything will cost, it is now time to place your order. Make sure that you meet the minimum order quantity when placing your order.

3rd Approach We Follow
Support & Delivery
Delivery dates and deadlines aren’t binding unless expressly agreed in writing, like on an order confirmation or sales contract. Delivery dates are only effective after advance payment has been received. Without a specific delivery date, products shall be delivered within a reasonable period of time. This is after the seller notifies the buyer that the products are ready for delivery. In China, most delivery dates are not taken seriously. If the material ordered is urgent, we must follow up with their productions to remind them of the delivery schedule.
4th Approach We Follow
Terms of Payment
We must verify factories’ credentials before making payments. A 30% deposit is usually required once we have established this and signed all relevant contracts with the factory. As soon as the goods are delivered to our warehouse and pass quality control, we’ll pay the balance. The remaining 70% will be paid upon receipt. 70% of the supplier’s sale price goes to raw materials and components. Due to this, we could only offer them a 30% deposit. Therefore, we will be able to negotiate more effectively. Payment will not be made until quality is confirmed.
