What is the process of QC inspections in practice?

Factory check – With our sample report of factory audit, you will have access to the past history of the supplier, his business details, as well as photos of his office, factory, and warehouse. Inspection at three levels - Officers randomly select samples from raw materials, production, and final products on each trip. During the inspection, the inspector will inform you if your requirements have not been met, or if the quality has not been consistent. Inspection prior to shipment – A few days before shipment, the officer counts the quantity, ensures that random samples are taken from the batch, and examines those samples. In the event that your requirements are not being met, or if the quality is not consistent, the inspector will notify you.

If a supplier refuses to accept rejects, what will happen?

The situation described above is very common. After our officer inspects the goods and finds that they do not meet your specifications, there may be a dispute with the supplier. It is possible to renegotiate with the supplier. If you wish to pursue this further, you may wish to hire a legal team.

If we receive a damaged or incorrect product, what should we do?

An event of this nature is unlikely to occur with a probability of 0.0001%. In such an unlikely event, we will assist you in negotiating with the manufacturer or in claiming damages from them. For damages resulting from manufacturing defects, the factory is liable for replacing the goods. However, for damage resulting from transit or mishandling of goods by the shipping company, it is best to obtain 100% damage insurance before shipping the goods in order to protect against such unlikely events.

Could you please tell me how I can trust your inspection officer?

Don't worry, our inspection officer will share as many pictures and videos as possible. As well as making sure that every detail is shared with you, we will also ensure that you have the option of raising an immediate request if you require additional clarification. If further clarifications are required, we will ask the officer to remain.
